Have you had a pregnant student in class, and have no idea what to offer them? Are you interested in providing support and care through yoga to prenatal students? Yoga can be a place that an expecting parent can go to create space in the body and ease anxiety of the mind. ​Learn to teach a 60 min or 75 minute prenatal yoga class, and to fully support pregnant students that attend your weekly classes.  A training manual will be provided.

Do you love babies? Are you interested in helping new families feel better in their new and amazing bodies, make connections with other families, and learn fun ways to bond with baby? This training is for you! After completing this teacher training, you will be prepared to teach a 45-60 minute Postnatal or Baby & Me yoga class. Training manual provided.
